I put this product on my beer can chicken, turkey at Thanksgiving and whenever I fry any other chicken. Also, great to add to flour mix before frying. Adds great flavor! Recommend highly!

I brine the turkey and then use yellow mustard with the rub and smoke for 8 to 12 hours. A family favorite
