Great for baking. I use it for my heavy whipping cream frosting and it just needs a little bit of sweetener.

Great taste but cacao products are known for high levels of cadmium, lead and arsenic. Better body has not been tested by consumer labs so no way to know. Would need third party test results to be confidant. Until then I will stick with approved tested brands

Very rich cacao flavor in the packet. Only had difficulty sealing the resealable pouch and just stuck it in the fridge to try again tomrwOtherwise awesome buy!
