Often nuts can get stale but this walnuts seem to be always fresh.The price here is higher than directly from Costco.

This is a good value and the nuts were fresh. But walnuts can have a bitter taste if not processed just right. Mine do. That have a whang. It's tolerable and not uncommon to the nut.

Freshness good. I prefer pistachios and pecans, however the health experts promote walnuts.

The nuts are always good. This year's they were not as fresh and they looked mishandled. I will reorder a Kirkland's in the future because they have proven themselves with past orders.
