I've been putting this in everything! I bought it in order to make some Jalapeno salt, which is fantastic. I've added a little to so many things the last couple of weeks just to liven them up a bit. The package is generous, I shared some with my neighbor and still have a bunch. I made this sauce with it that went on street tacos and was amazing. You gotta try some of this stuff, it is truly amazing!

I've added this to eggs. And cheddar cup ramen years ago they had the cheddar and jalapeno ramen in a cup no longer see. It does not real strong flavor it's more for convenience for me I wouldn't substitute it for say making salsa fresh unless you're in a hurry it's handy but I don't use so much I put in a old spice container and hang it with my spices.

I love the flavor of jalapeo, but it's not always convenient to have the peppers on hand. This is a great solution. Great for food and drinks!
