I expected a darker green. They are light in color. I felt they were pricey for the amount you get. Other than that are good. Sugar is larger crystal like( Not granulated) but gentle to eat. Pretty and shiny.

I have used India sugars for years and the green sent is not the dark emerald color, it is a light green.

True emerald color. Perfect for kings cakes. A good balance with gold and purple. Will be a perfect color for shamrock cookies. Quite reasonably priced.
