I love the taste!! Not heavy oil at all just like movies. But it doesn't contain any sodium.

It was not cold by any means so the solid mass floating in the oil wasn't due to thickening due to temperatures. Took me a while and a little bit messy breaking up the mass. Even still, it did not completely emulsify in the oil, more like floaties. Expiration date is 6 of 2025 so it isn't expired either. Ended up pouring/scraping contents into a blender and running the blender on low and medium to blend. Contents are now more creamy and emulsified.All of that said, I did make some popcorn with it and it tasted pretty good. Still, not too sure whether I'd buy it again. I'll have to test some more.

Googled up best tasting healthier popcorn oil and this came up. Made some for guests sprinkled with fine sea salt and we loved it. Subtle natural coloring. Wouldn't say movie theater flavor without butter added but very good. Couldn't find actual movie theater oil in less than a gallon. It says you can drizzle over popcorn but didn't want the extra calories. Give it a try because there nothing like it in stores!

I took this oil and heated it just Enough to liquify it and then poured it into ice cube trays, that 1 cube gives me about 1oz of oil and I use 1 cube for my stir crazy popcorn popper and many other cooking events where I need 1oz of cooking oil. I just pop the oil cubes out and place them in a zip lock back and keep them in the freezer for future use, works great.

This has a nice taste, the jar is about the size of a mayo jar. So you get a lot, I will buy this again.
