Clean aroma, doesn't cause acid stomach like some flours

This flour doesn't mix well with water; it tends to be too wet and goo-ii. It sticks to everything and is hard to wash off the utensils. I believe that I will stick to using the bread flour instead. I've had much better luck with my pizza dough with the bread flour than the standard self rising flour. I've yet to bake the pizza to see how the crust turns out but when I do, I'll update my review. Update: it baked up very nicely and the taste is good. _x000D_ I'm sure that now that I have worked and tasted this OO pizza flour, I will continue to use it and I already make enough pizza to fine tune my dough mixture.

It was just the right amount and it’s served crate, purpose and making good pizza for a first timer. I have no complaints. King Arthur usually makes great products I’ve never had a problem in the past.

This flour makes the most incredible pizza crust. I have always used all purpose and the difference is mind-blowing! Chewy, delicious crust like from a NJ boardwalk pizza and I made it in my home with the easy recipe on the bag. I recommend it.

I really love KA flours, so to be fair I’m being a bit nit picky with my one complaint. It seems to have more malt in it than most european 00 flours. This is probably a good thing for people who are using this flour in their home ovens. But in a real pizza oven, and making Neapolitan style pizza, this results in more browning than you would typically want from the style.

Great flour for thin or thick pizza. I use with varying amounts of all purpose and cook at 600--800F for about 3-5min. Perfect every time

Nice flavor, bag wouldn't reseal after opened for use. Has a zip lock feature that would not close.

Food flavor and texture. Pasta rates great with this flour and I also use it on the bottom of my sourdough breads!

This is New York style pizza flour and I love it and my wife, who is very picky about pizza crust, loves it. The dough is hard to work with, but the reward is amazingly well worth the time spent. Highly recommend this flour for any pizza toppings, but I use few, so I get the full flavor of the crust, it's that good.
