Great flavor! But upsets stomach, never happened with Braggs Nutritional yeast but does with this one.

It would be helpful to have at least one recipe on the package. I found one online, but it was not well-suited to this product. I'm hoping to find a better healthy recipe to try soon.

As a vegan, nutritional yeast flakes are a lifesaver. I've just made some vegan pesto and some vegan grated parmesan with the help of this product. It's my first time using it, but I'm really pleased and would repurchase it.

I got this because everyone said how great it tastes on popcorn and that it tastes like cheese. I wouldn't exactly say it tastes like cheese. If I had to name a cheese that is close to the taste, I would say that it has the after taste of swiss cheese. It is good on popcorn but not by itself. It is too mild a flavor for me to use just by itself. I put this along with garlic salt and I think the combination of the two tastes great to me.

I started eating popcorn with nutritional flakes. These are pretty good. I think I still like the Braggs brand better, but I think these were less expensive.
