I didn't receive it. Received 2 of 1 item (red skirt) but did not receive this! Disappointing!

I ordered what I thought was the skirt in the picture. Instead a got a regular looking purple coin skirt with gold coins on it. I am not a happy customer. I have sent an email to the seller asking for a return label so I can return both of the skirts I ordered. I have yet to hear from the seller, nor have I received my return label.
