The hat is well constructed, lots of stitching throughout, and the front two panels are reinforced where the stitched text is. There is 1/4 diameter stitching around a very small (1/16?) breather hole in each of the 6 quadrants. The brim is well formed and I'd say a medium length of 2 3/4. I had two lines of text for a total of 7 words of which the bottom line had 3 words and so they are of a larger font - which worked fine for me. If it lasts for over 3 years of heavy use, I'd give it the 5th star.

Nice hat, good embroidery, fair price, very long delivery time. Wish it was made in America (that would help delivery time but hurt price).

The hats I ordered pleasingly surprised me. The embroidery was great and the hats quality very well. Everyone I've shown my merchandise too, was very pleased. I will definitely reorder from here as my hat supplier.

Hat has good embroidery but the front of the hat where it meet the lip is very painful to have on, wore all day and was bruised by the end of it. Can't recommend
