I go to a gym that has it's own kick shields, every time someone lands a powerful kick I would feel everything that landed and it would hurt. This kick shield absorbs everything, very solid, compared to the ones at the gym. Would recommend buying.

I got these because TITLE is a brand I trust. Last night in class we put them to the test. We paired off in groups of 5 and did a kicking round robin. After class the shields look the same as for us we were cover in sweat beat. Great shield at a great price.

Very good quality product for kicking and punching. It is light weight and easy to hold.Beware it does have a minor odor which does go away in a short period of time.
