This helps me focus at work while working on one project for a long time or flipping through multiple projects. I've noticed my memory improve slightly.

The biggest change was after about a week it was way easier to wake up and get going in the morning.This product won't “make you focus” it will allow you to.It's still up to you to focus on things but it definitely helps.

Super easy to swallow. No after taste. Seems like my short term memory has improved. Not going into the other room and wondering why I went in there as much. I'm going to continue the Alpha Brain supplement by Onnit.

I work in construction and it is a very physically demanding line of work, with a minimum of 50/hrs a week. I used to drink 2-3 energy drinks until I started using alpha brain. Now I’ve managed to cut back to one energy drink. And I take my two capsules of alpha, and my focus, and energy levels have improved so much that I’m able to work at a steady pace through a 10 hour shift. My memory has already begun to show improvements which is amazing. LOVE ALPHA BRAIN

It didn’t work for me. If anything it made me tired.. then got stomach cramps and now I just feel nauseous and want to go to bed. The reviews and the product description made me so excited. Dang :(

I took two pills after a medium meal like instructed, worked to clear some brain fog, but nothing crazy, felt like i drank coffee, but after it wore off i got really bad headache that led to me feeling like i had to throw up. This side effect lasted about 3 hrs... idk how to feel about this product.
