I thought I was buying something for very cold conditions but when it arrived I was surprised. The jacket is more for cold wet conditions not cold snowy conditions. The jacket is of quality materials and very good for what it is. I ordered an XL instead of L contrary to the advertisement. For the price it's worth it, just not made for freezing conditions, where a sweater underneath.

I wear a 2XL but for decided to order a 3XL so it would be big enough to wear a hoodie underneath when it is cold. The 3XL is actually snug. No chance of wearing layers underneath this jacket.

Got it today and went for a 10k jog in the high 50's with no rain.Couldn't test how well it repeal rainwater, but during my jog I did notice sweat building up around my arms and body. It was a little bit clammy around my arms at first, but I got over that after the first 2-3k. So it didn't bother me.I always felt cold after I was done; but this Baleaf has kept me warm enough that I wasn't super cold.I'm 5'11 and 173; large fits me nicely. Not too big and not too small. I'd preferred it to be slightly smaller but all-in-all, I like the fit.

Bought this for a Kilimanjaro hike which was just completed yesterday (Oct 2022). Definitely kept the rain off me in the rainforest areas and Moreland landscape. I wore this over top of merino wool base layers, and also that plus a thick fleece when it was super cold.Good quality so far! Only gripe is the stupid hood is wayyy too big. I pull it up and it covers my eyes and nose. No good. But it's totally fine if you have a ball cap on. The brim of the cap prevents the front of the hood from taking over your face. There are nice pockets with zippers plus interior pouches. There are a few reflective strips which can help in the dark for safety. Drawstrings around the wait to help seal you up. Overall a good product so far but that hood brings it down from 5 to 4 for me.

Nicely water repellent. Lightweight material but because of that I think working out would wear out or rip material.

I usually wear an XL but this while it fit it was sug in the gut and arm pits. I suggest buying one size over your normal sizing

So I just got the bag today. Nice bag, tge jacket came sealed in a bag with the company logo. Out side of that. I ordered a large. It fitted me normally, in comparison to my other jackets. The only thing I would like to add is. The pictures don't really show you what the inside of the jacket really is. Now it does have a, what I would try to describe as a rubber like, material around the bottom edge of the jacket that usually hangs near the hip. Other wise, there is another material that is about 95 of the inside of the jacket. It doesn't feel like fabric, and it has a mesh like print on it. It's smooth and has a dull allure. Also a little sticky. I feel like my sweat is gonna stick to this layer and eventually degrade it over time and cause rips in it like a nerf football. Then the other 5 is an actual mesh layer that has been added around the ventilation area in the back around where your shoulder blades would be. Other wise it doesn't seem to have any other openings for ventilation. Just sitting in my room wearing it with out a t-shirt. I start to feel my body heat radiate in the jacket, so I already have a feeling it's gonna be a sweat fest when I actually have to use it when it rains. The hood is big, and it limits your peripheral view, and it feels suffocating. The draw strings are weird and not easy to use. The zippers feel like they will get caught at any second of your not careful. I do like the reflective accents and I do like that you can fold this jacket into its own little baggy when you don't need it. I mainly bought this to ride my bike in the rain when needed. And I hope it serves me well from here on out.

This is a reliable rain jacket, overall speaking. I purchased this jacket as an affordable hiking rain jacket that is always folded and stays in my day-hike bag. I like the way it can fold into its own pocket. The color is bright enough for people to spot from afar. I have worn it on a hike with a 3-hour rain in a forest, and my inner clothes stayed dry. The only part I wish it can do additionally is to be able to fit my 15L jogging vest within.

it is exactly what I expected. Has plenty of pockets, repels rain well and fits nice. I would recommend this jacket instead of buying one for over $100!

Nice light weight rain coat. My husband uses it when he's at work moving trailers around in the rain.

Nice looking jacket but small in the very bottom of the jacket in the around the but and stomach areas. Looks nice while standing and then when sitting it pinches everything tight. Upper part of the coat is awesome.

It's really thin material blocks the wind and water-resistant my only complaint is the really plastiki feel of the material must wear a shirt with long sleeves or else it'll just cling to your skin. I'm 5-7 200 lb and I bought the extra large

The jacket design is good. I haven't tested it in the rain, but it looks like it would perform as described. I like all the zipper packets.I was under the impression that you can take the hood off but that most have been a different jacket. My 9nky gripe, is that the packets inside are very large, but have no zipper or velcro closure. So heavy things including a large phone and jacket open, would come flying off.To keep the cost low, I believe a velcro closures would have completed the jacket at 5 stars. My main use for this jacket will be for summer only as it's very light material.

Product is as expected - very wind and waterproof - but also not breathable. Waist and hood both easily adjustable, but sleeves are fitted elastic. Jacket fit as expected and long enough for average sized person.Purchased it for spring weather bike riding and performed well on several wet rides - but in fairer weather it does not breathe and really heats up inside. It does have a vent in the back - but no other zippered or other openings. For a $40 windbreaker that does 2 out of 3 things well I give it a 4 rating for good overall value.

It's a good jacket, however, it isn't exactly breathable. It gets hot easily if you are working out or are in warm weather. Also, i would say if you are between sizes, get the bigger option. Everything else is as described or shown.
