Not as robust construction as the last one I had, after reading so many scary reviews I'm afraid it will burst on me. So far so good, seems to be holding me up but still afraid it will dump me on the ground. Wish I had researched and spent $10 more on a more quality model.

I originally bought this product in 2015 and I'm still using the ball almost daily.My original yoga ball from a different brand kept deflating, so I decided on this one as a replacement. Originally my intention was to practice yoga more often, but admittedly I use this more for sitting on while I work.I sit on it about 5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week while doing my video calls for work, and I've found my stability has massively improved. When I first started sitting on a yoga ball while working, I could only sit still for minutes at a time before eventually having to shift or bounce around, but now I can sit still for an hour or more if I want. I'd say my posture has improved a lot because of this ball, and that's why I continue to use it for work.
