We're on our third Coleman pop up, having bought two last summer to replace the one shredded in a severe storm. We leave them up all year to protect the patio furniture, which is much more expensive to replace. The canopies are anchored in the concrete. The legs slide up and down very easily so if there's a storm coming we lower the legs to the lowest setting and the wind doesn't usually bother it. It works because of our unique location but might not work for you.In another review we found that Garden Winds make a replacement canopy that appears more robust than what Coleman gives you in the original set. Odd that Coleman doesn't make a replacement or upgraded canopy but I'm guessing they want to sell the frames too. When these canopies start to tear we'll try the Garden Winds replacements.

Very well made and sturdy, plus the vent at the top creates a comfortable environment in the heat. One does need to tie down the legs in windy conditions!

This is replacement canopy for me - I've owned two other Colemans, and when i needed a new one, i went right back to this exact model canopy. Set up/take down is easy (best with at least a couple of people, but i've done it alone too!), the pagoda style (no drippy sides that direct the water right down the edge of the living space, the size (i have purchased both the 12x12 and 15x15) which allows me to put my camping tent under the canopy on a rainy weekend of camping), and the cost (comparable for other canopys of lesser qualify and function), keeps me a loyal fan of the Coleman Pagoda style canopy.

You can never go wrong with a Colman canopy. This is been our third, we bought quite a few in between we always go back to the Colman. If you want to canopy, that you can trust, stick with the Coleman.

This was exactly the pop up we were looking for with the angled eaves so that rain would slip down it since we live in the Pacific Northwest. However it states beach canopy so we took it to the beach and somehow during the installation while it was still folded the legs got in the sand and almost ruined their ability to lock in place. If you take this to the beach make sure no sand gets in the legs, best to pull it out on a beach blanket first and then set up. The sand filled up in the knobs of the legs and the button wouldn’t go in and out. We had to completely take apart legs and shake sand out which was not easy. We will keep it to see if it can handle the rain better than the beach. Also make sure to secure it at the beach one gust of wind was ready to send it sailing.

We love the canopy. Our only complaint is the setup instruction a lacking, and the initial setup was a challenge. It is strong and well made. Should provide many years of service.

Very well made and easy to put up once you get the hang of it. After our first one started leaking from wear on the canopy from being put away with the cover onwe take it off before putting it away now. Our second one took a tumble it the wind and ripped the cover. For the price of a coverI through another $50 in the kitty and purchased a whole new one and will use the old one for sunny days.

Our original canopy has a permanent place over the hot tub, so we purchased this for camping. The set up and take down process is so quick. After 10 years of various canopies for summer swim season; I stand by this one as the BEST!

I used this for the first time this weekend and it's already broken. It bent and even cracked at multiple joints. The arm the extends out also bent. For the price it is very cheaply made
