It did decrease cramps however it did not decrease my cycle at all.

I like the tea. My only complaint is that it had a stronger flavor. I need to use it a little earlier to truly see how it works with pain, but I think it was helpful.

I don't really taste anything. I'll try two tea bags next time and see if I notice any flavor. I think it did help with cramps though!

I am often days late with premenstrual symptoms for days. When I drink this twice a day it helps me to start my moon cycle get the blood flowing!

Everything is perfect except the package was dented when I received it. Besides that, the tea works wonders for my fibroid symptoms. Also I didn't experience any bloating or cramping before or during my cycle while I was drinking the tea. I love it!

Im not sure if it really works or it’s all in my head. But I think it does help reduce cramps. Taste great as well.
