I got this because I have endo, it helped a little with that. Kind of bummed I only got to use it for two cycles and now I am getting rid of my baby maker in a couple weeks, so I wont need it anymore. But I will give it to my sister.

Perfect tea for premenstrual symptoms. The tea alleviates headaches, muscle aches and bloating due to premenstrual symptoms.

I am unsure if it actually helped medicinally but I did get my cycle back so it could have! But either way it is yummy and refreshing! I make a large batch of sun tea for iced tea with it!

I use to buy really expensive tea products like this one. I decided to get this one a try with little expectation with how cheap it was. I love it! I have minimum to no cramps after drinking this every morning of my monthly. There are days I have to drink it twice but it always helps!

Took this to regulate my hormones due to getting out of the pill. It worked, however I had an allergic reaction to this tea. I'm still not sure what ingredient caused it but it caused itching and my throat would try to close on every sip.I am not allergic to foods so this was a discovery.I would suggest being sure you're not allergic to any of the ingredients before consuming.The fact that it is natural does not mean it is safe.

This tea is amazing! I’ve only been taking it for around 2 weeks. I’ve been taking it since my last cycle ended and this is the first time in a while that I knew for a fact I was ovulating. It’s like I can feel this working on my body after drinking it. I drink it every morning mixed with peppermint tea sometimes. It’s delicious, you don’t need much sugar or honey. And I feel a change in my body, but a positive change.

I drank 1 everyday since I got it, it helped me sleep better too. The main reason I purchased it was because I’ve been having irregular periods and honestly I had lost a bit of hope seeing it was my last tea bag and still no period but after I drank my last one I had cramps when into the restroom and there it was. I added a bit of cinnamon/ ginger powder to my tea maybe that helped too but either way it worked. Very happy. Will be ordering again soon!

This tea helped my cycle go back to normal. For the passed months my cycle has been 2 weeks long, since taking this tea 2 months ago it has gone back to 4 or 5 days long.

I love this tea! Am a licensed health professional in my late 30's and was sick of my obgyn telling me to go on the pill as a way to fix my break through spotting. Did some research and came up with this, absolutely love it. Noticed a difference in the first cycle. My cycle had shortened to 21 days(they tell me that's age), with random spotting through it the month which was exhausting to deal with. I drank maybe 3 cups a week in the first month and my period set itself back to 24 days. It did that for a few months and now I'm back to 28 (which was my standard forever, before turning 35, when it started shortening). I think hormonal, I feel clearer. Hasn't helped much with cramps, but I have a friend who says she drinks it everyday and no longer has cramps. Love this tea!

The taste is wonderful, I don’t even have to add any sweetener as it tastes so sweet and delicious by itself. I don’t have any discomfort or cramps when I drink this during my period. Definitely recommend!

Bought this tea to see if would help my cycle come on it did!! I haven’t had a cycle since September wanted to try something natural to regulate it this worked immediately. I used two bags at once added honey for taste. My cycle begun 5-6 hours later unexpectedly! Will be buying again.
