I like to add 1/2 tsp. to a cup of hot almond milk, with a pinch of salt. The resulting drink is my version of Turmeric Golden Milk! It helps me sleep and relieves joint pain. I also tried sprinkling some on my coffee grounds before brewing, and it added a delightful Pumpkin Spice flavor to my coffee! I hope to try it on more foods and beverages, including ice cream. You can't go wrong with this stuff!
