I use two of these in my canister for cat litter disposal. They are perfect. I have sprayed Febreze on them too to ensure the can is a little fresher. They are well made.

I used this for my ceramic kitchen counter top composter and filters work well to keep out the odor. They don't really keep out the fruit flies, though

I was expecting a bit more rigid filter, these were about a quarter inch thick. I did have a problem with gnats getting into the pail, so I doubled the filters. Wished they were thicker.

You don't realize just how effective they are until you lift the lid off your counter top composter and nearly faint from the odor. These work very well. But don't try to sanitize by nuking them. Instant fire in your microwave.

We use this for our ceramic compost bucket. I works well...there never any unpleasant odors when we lift the lid to add to the bucket.
