I took 2 tablespoons straight out of the bottle and it worked, I was in a lot of pain with gout in different areas of my body I had commitments to take care of and when I woke up in the morning I knew I was in major trouble with the intensity of my gout pain. Try 2 Tablespoons straight out of the bottle.

Makes a lovely drink, but not as tart as I would have liked. Deep color and flavor. I used about 4 tablespoons to 8 oz water to get strong enough. Did not notice any obvious health benefits while taking it, but enjoyed it as a beverage.

Bought this to help me sleep. Read articles to drink this before going to bed and it would help induce sleep. I don't know if that helps, but I do like the taste a lot. I have tried other brands that were much more expensive, so great value.

This is a wonderful product in all ways except the packaging. I continue to buy because I love the product, but the leaking dark cherry juice all over my refrigerator is hard to tolerate.

Needed for a health problem, took it a couple times. It is cherry tasting and mixes well. Problem went away, did it help who knows.

I bought this to add to my Hibiscus tea to make a powerful elixir to lower blood pressure and joint pain. The tart cherry juice is purported to ease joint pain in some people. I think it was helpful and this is a very high-quality product, but it's 16 servings so would only last me 16 days. I can't afford the monthly cost to use it every day. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe after the pandemic is over, the price will go down?
