I cooked this in my Instant Pot the exact same way I would cook brown rice and it came out really delicious. Just a bit chewy, just a bit sticky -- well, it sticks together but not so much as a true sticky rice. It's delicious with a bit of plant-based butter or with anything else you'd add to or serve with rice. It freezes and thaws and reheats like a dream. I consider this one of my best food discoveries of 2023.
