Tasty but a bit thick noodles

My wife loves pho, and I was really wanting to learn how to make it for her. After talking to some restaurant owners and watching some YouTube videos, I managed to get my broth pretty close to a restaurant style pho. However, these noodles aren't what we normally get in the restaurants that we've been to. They're thicker and have a completely different consistency. They still did the job, but we were still somewhat disappointed because they weren't the same thing that we were used to. Regardless of that, I gave them a higher rating because they are a lot better than some of the other options that I've found in grocery stores.

These are Good but easy to over cook. They also get very soggy if you leave them as leftover. Other noodles are just much better all around.

These are very good, a little larger than I expected but are very easy to prepare.

I made pho with this product and it turned out well. Follow the directions to a T and you'll be fine.

Perfect for pho

The best noodles. I make sure to not add to the hot liquids till my dish is done cooking. They will soak and soften best this way. If you add them to boiling water after removing from the heat they won't get soggy

Very tasteful and great value for the money.

Really good rice noddles.
