Screw broke on install, couldn't get it out without cutting it.

Only opens when handle is pulled up. This came up on a home inspection and was brand new

Not a good quality. You get what you paid for. Only lasted one year. The outside part broke off.

Beware! Absolutely horrible. Awful customer service, my contractor installed it and said it was defective. Tried to return this and the seller did everything to avoid allowing us to return for a replacement.. all we wanted was a proper handle for our new home and when an item has an issue having it replaced shouldn't be a hassle. This was our experience. Very unfortunate.

I just painted my door and my old handle didn't match! This one is SO CUTE! I will say, it's not as sturdy as I'd like, so I ended up switching the internals for a sturdier brand for safety, but the casing is TOO CUTE!

Product was easy to install and looks really nice on the door. Looks like a higher quality than paid. However, I am not sure how it will hold up over time.

The lockset is nice looking. The handle and trim finish is very nice. The fit and operation of the mechanical parts is not as nice as other locksets I've used.

Internal parts seemed slightly less heavy duty but sufficient for price. Parts were slightly off from previously installed handle.
