I bought this because I sometimes have trouble sleeping at night and it doesnt really work, at least I dont think so. It smells great though.

We been trying to get my son on a sleeping schedule for when he starts school. I have to say its been working great. I spray his pj after bathtime and after like 20 minutes or so he lay in bed. I go again and spray his blanket while hes laying there and hes out within 5 minutes. I 100 say it works but I will say this dont use it if they arent around the first time. I did it while he in the bath and then by the time he went to bed it was all gone.

I bought this after hearing about it from someone else. I use to take Melatonin at night sometimes when I can't sleep, Spraying this seems to be just as effective. I spray on my pillows, sheet, and headboard (cloth). It works.

I love Dr. Teals huge range of products! A pillow/linen/room spray for helping get to sleep is a wonderful and well considered choice to add to the brand. On my first night of use, two sprays were enough, one for my pillows and another into the air, and I did after several minutes feel a gently lull to sleep. The scents chosen are naturally used for sleep and relaxation and were blended well for this product. Sadly I did have t deduct a star because of the asking price. The bottle has plenty of uses for what your paying for, though I did find smaller companies offering similar items for up to 35 cheaper online. With a offered coupon or maybe adding a sleep mask, Im sure the company could really make an impact on sleep efforts with this spray.

Cc alma me down and helps me get to sleep. Leaves no smell residue at all. Only negative is takes 10 minutes to dry once sprayed

I think I spray this more for myself than my kids. I can't say if it helps or not, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something to help their sleep at least lol. I'm obsessed with the scent and can smell it on my kids throughout the day (not in an overpowering way) so it makes me happy!

I haven't noticed a steady difference in my family's sleep using this spray (the first night my son slept through the night, but not again since) but the smell is amazing! I now just give one spray to the bedding just for the smell alone!

Used it for the first time last night after months of not being able to sleep properly. I was out like a light in five minutes flat, I barely remember getting into bed. Powerful stuff, be careful with it. The smell is a bit overwhelming though, so I docked a point for that.

Just received this as a gift, for Christmas from my Daughter in Law. Just a wonderful product, spray on my pillow case, just lightly and a little on the comforfor. Smells soothing, and comforting. What a thoughtful gift.
