Our dealer recommended this sway control system and we know why. It's solid, easy to connect up to the vehicle and provides the needed control. Have your dealer or other expert perform the initial assembly/attachment though, unless you have lots of experience with heavy equipment and have the tools and know-how to do it right.

Mounting this hitch is pretty easy if you have a normal range of sockets, breaker bars and a torque wrench. The instruction are very clear and walk one through all the steps needed to install and adjust the brackets.I installed on a 2019 Explorer and had to buy a longer drop hitch to match the height of the trailer coupler. But, other than that, everything needed was in the box.

This was extremely easy to set up and is easy to use. The results are amazing. I am using a 2019 Wrangle JL and pulling a Amerilite 199DD travel trailer.

After a lot of research reading reviews and articles, I finally decided to buy the Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch with built in sway control. I bought the trunnion version. It was very easy to install and setup. It took a couple hours in total but was not difficult. I am using this with a 2015 F150 XLT 5.0 L. It works great. For the price, it is a great hitch.

I’ve driven over 4,000 miles this summer through multiple states and whether conditions and it has absolutely done its job. My trailer stays right with me, even in the wind and rain going over mountain passes.Due note that you need to take the time to correctly setup this hitch with your truck. Once you do, the weight distribution and sway control can be felt and everything rises really smooth and level.

Easy to install and after a few tweaks to get spring right on the bars this system worked great. No sway, not in crosswind or when passed by semi trucks. No sway during sudden lane changes. Trailer tracks true behind me. Love this.

Did a lot of research before purchasing the Fastway E2 system and very happy with how it works. Now, my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton tows my 25' Keystone trailer like it wasn't even there. Truck and trailer are perfectly lever and absolutely no sway. Also enjoy not having to remove any extra bars when backing like some of the other versions. Note: You need to be pretty handy with a wrench if you plan to install yourself. Once I had everything assembled and adjusted correctly, still had to bring the ball hitch section to an RV shop to torque down the ball (400 lbs) and bolts (250 lbs). My torque wrench goes only to 150 lbs. Highly recommend.

When Coronavirus hit we decided to get a travel trailer. I had experience towing a Rockwood 232-ESP tent trailer, which I did with a Toyota Hybrid Highlander and a standard shank, and it was a breeze. I had to trade in my hybrid for a standard V6 to tow our new 3500 pound travel trailer, and I assumed it would be similar, so I just hooked up and went off on our first trip. I experienced trailer sway for the first time and it was nerve-racking! It happened when adjacent to semis, braking, and going downhill. When I got home the first thing I did was call my local trailer supply, and they recommended the Fastway e2 Trunnion Hitch. It took me and my 17 yr old about 2 hours to get it setup and configured correctly. You take three measurements and adjust as necessary, but once that was done it is a breeze to hookup. It was such a difference hauling the trailer the next weekend. No sway, and better handling of the car. I will never tow again without the Fastway e2.

Fairly easy to assemble install. You will need a heavy duty electric or pnuematic impact wrench to make the process easier an get the correct torque settings

I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Double Cab and a 2015 Jayco 185RB Baja high-lift travel trailer (3,000 lb). I was prepared to tow the trailer without a weight distribution hitch (WDH). Then, when I was ready to use a WDH, I was going to buy a traditional Curt chain-style WDH until a fellow RVer told me about this trunnion style WDH. I'm really glad I changed my mind and started using a WDH, even for the smaller trailer, and I'm glad I shelled out the extra money for the trunnion style WDH.Pros:- Detailed installation instructions and adjustment instructions along with videos available on YouTube. I installed it in about 1.5 hours.- An incredible difference over not using a WDH, even if the tow vehicle is safely capable of towing without it. I really appreciated how it fixed the ride height and kept the front end of the truck from sticking up in the air.- Smooths out the ride. Without the WDH, the trailer and tow vehicle combo were much bouncier going down the road. The WDH stiffened up the connection and made the ride more comfortable.- Solid as a rock in high winds. I noticed no sway at all with wind blasts from passing tractor trailers or in high crosswinds in Texas and Kansas.- My concerns about excessive noise because of the friction style metal-on-metal anti-sway were unwarranted. It doesn't squeak or groan any more than any other trailer I've towed. In fact, I have a hard time discerning whether the noise is just normal creaks and groans from the trailer frame and ball connection or if it's noise from the trunnion bars. Plus, the only time it produces any noise is during turns. I find the occasional creaking or groaning from the trunnion bars to be easily bearable given the hitch's other attributes.- Doesn't require annbsp;
