I paid for a brand new item, apart from the fact that my package was delayed a few days in transit. As upon recieving the item i was sent a used flex hone that is used and drenched in wd-40, the package was torn and just taped up

Recommended to me by Tinman's Saws on YouTube, these really do a great job of cleaning up Nikasil plating in 2 cycle engines after clearing off piston transfer with sandpaper. I have brought several BR700 blowers and at least 5 saws back to life this way.

Followed directions on package. I had SAE 30 oil handy that my lawnmower takes. Got a nice cross hatch pattern, put engine back together and no more oil burning!

Good product for smoothing out the yoke bores on my Corvette drive shafts. After forty years and 90,000 miles, the bores had become lightly faceted and had a few scratches on the surface. But after a few passes with this honing tool lubed with WD40, they look great and the new U-joint bearing caps will still fit tight inside the yokes, which is what you want. Because of the properties of the hone, I bought one oversized by approximately 1/4” which was perfect. And I used my battery-powered drill to run the hone until the bores looked good and clean. You just want to thoroughly clean off the slurry this process creates, so have handy paper towels and a parts or brake cleaner spray. Thank you for reading and good luck with your project.

This does work for a suzuki 80cc cylinder, but it took some effort to get inserted intonthe bore. A size chart would be very helpful, to determine the correct diameter of hone to get for a particular cylinder bore size.
