It keeps the rain off you. The wind as well I suppose but since its very thin its still pretty chilly. Its best to size up to wear it as a top layer.

I love this rain jacket. It was pouring down rain the first time I used it and I was kept perfectly dry. The only downside is that I might've gotten too big of a size. The arms are a little long on me and the hood covers my eyes, but since it keeps me dry, I'm okay!

Keeps you dry while being breathable and lightweight. Great as a top layer of outerwear. Love the bright colors that are available.

Love the jacket it could be better if the hat part is lit big so the rain doesn't come on face otherwise it great lightweight jacket

Beautiful color! I wanted to keep but the sizing was off for me. Smaller than what it should have been- Or maybe I should warn people that is fitted- narrowed with longer arms and short for my torso

Nice rain jacket, though I haven't tested it in rain yet. Pay attention to measurements. I'm normally a large and that was the size recommended for me HOWEVER my hip measurement is slightly more than what the large shows, so I went with the XL - glad I did as this jacket has no stretch and the large would have been tight there. 5'3 160 with baby-birthin' hips...

It worked great as a rain jacket, it's just not that warm, it's a mesh inside . It worked for what I needed it for. The hood is nice it covers far so my glasses didn't get wet

It fits big; I order an XL but should have sized down to a L. I am a 38DDD and usually wear a L but decided to size up so it wouldn't be tight on my chest, but It is too big and I should have stuck with the L. It is also kind of noisy when moving because of the material it's made of. It does provide great protection from rain.

I'm 5'3 and around 130 lbs..I ordered a small since that's what all my other jackets are and it fits more like a medium to me. It is a looser fit than what I expected but still a great quality rain jacket. It's also very lightweight.

I was looking for a lightweight jacket that would keep me 100 dry in downpours and it did! Wore in tropical Central America during several afternoon downpours. The clothes underneath stayed completely dry. It's so so lightweight, breathable and easy to roll up and pack too. Feels light like a feather. Bonus that it looks cute and sporty. Would definitely recommend!

Really liked this jacket. It's super thin so it's folds or let's be honest balls up very small. Great for summer when you need to keep dry but also not get sweaty in a lines rained jacket. Fits wells.

I had this jacket and the zipper broke so I ordered another one. Apparently my old jacket is a mens size. I ordered a women's 3x and it was too tight. I gave it to my daughter who wears a size 10 and she is getting a lot of wear out of it. I ordered another on in the men's sizes (which happen to be cheaper) and it fits like my old one did. This jacket is the perfect rain jacket for me and easy to pack for travel.

Great! Keeps rain out, but has no ventilation or armpit zippers and xan overheat. Inside is mesh. I ran the jacket through my faucet and heavy rain. An essential for a rainy city. Looks great! Despite the logo being pressed on rather than sewn, the jacket is authentic.

Wish I had noticed that there were velcro tabs in addition to the zipper. I'm not a fan of velcro because they always come undone in the wash if you wash it with other items. A few clothing items were damaged and snagged because it got caught on multiple velcro tabs. Even the mesh lining on the inside of the jacket itself got caught and almost ripped when I tried detach it. Besides that, it's a great windbreaker.

So I originally ordered the 2x because the last Columbia jacket I ordered (a winter jacket) was 2x and fit beautifully in that size. The 2x raincoat wouldn't even zip up. So I ordered a 3x. Not only is it loose, but I can fit a sweater jacket underneath if it's chilly, which is good because this jacket is very light. I wish the hood was a bit larger but it keeps the rain mostly off my face when walking my dog and I'm dry underneath when I get home.
