Like how heavy it is. The top sliding opening is worthless. It takes two hands to open the slider. It gets stuck, and you can't close it. Waste of money!

My only gripe is that when the lid slider is fully open, the liquid comes out less quickly than if the slider is about 80 open. I think it covers the vent hole when fully open, but this is minor.

As other reviews mentioned, you can't completely clean the lid and residues will get stuck there and look gross.

My only negative for it is I find trying to drink from it when you're half through your drink is difficult. I really have to tilt my head back to get any liquid. It's obviously a little dangerous in the car so I just remove the top.

It really doesn't hold 20 ounces if you are using the lid. Other than that, it will keep a drink cool or warm.

The insulation is great in this stainless steel cup. My coffee stays hot for hours. But I can taste the plastic lid when I drink hot drinks.

I like the tumbler. Keeps my coffee hot for many hours. I only took off one star because the lid gets unusually dirty and needs extra care to clean.

Beautiful color and holds drinks cold..unless it's a bubbly drink. If the mouth piece isn't open, the lid will slowly pop open. Found that out while drinking sparkling wine or beer. Best for iced coffee or bubbless (is that a word?) drinks.

I use this at home, but not the lid. It’s very handy, and easy to clean. It doesn’t keep coffee hot that long, maybe because I don’t use the lid.
