The unit works like the original used to work. Easy to install and settings from the original unit can easily be moved to the new unit with an s.d. card.

I have several of these touchscreen thermostats at various office locations so when I needed one for home I bought this. These work perfectly and I like that they have an AUTO mode that allows you to set the heat temp and the cooling temp and forget it. Whether it is summer or winter the temperature stays where I want it.

The unit came with the touchscreen unresponsive. It turns out that is a common issue with Honeywell touchscreen thermostats. Best to avoid this brand for your thermostat needs.

The product works very well. Would suggest you read all the instructions BEFORE you even put in the batteries! If you are NOT hardwiring you can install yourself with the help of an on-call service person. Honeywell has put together a good unit and excellent support group. I would highly recommend this product.

The instruction was a little lite on methodology but that is not the seller's fault. It was not difficult to install and seems to be working well.

While a licensed HVAC is required to install I am extremely happy with thermostat.I use natural gas and electric for heating and all is well with this product. Love the touch screen and clean look. Highly recommend.

Our original thermostats were both placed in poorly chosen locations. The upstairs one is very near an outside wall and a window, and it's at the top of the stairs. In summer it gets overheated from morning sun and in winter it gets overheated from the downstairs heat rising to the top of the stairs.This means the upstairs bedrooms were staying too cold year round.I prefer to not have my home devices connected to the internet, so the Redlink system made sense.Installed with indoor remote sensors and one outdoor remote sensor.Geothermal systems.Stages:Downstairs - 3 heat / 2 coolingUpstairs - 2/2Adding the remote sensors was as easy as can be and the range is more than adequate.
