I'm on day 5 and I still haven't “seen Jesus”. I've taken two capsules around 8pm and it would wake me up with stomach cramping at 2am. I'd run to the bathroom and it's not even a regular movement, just bits and pieces. Then 5mins later, i would feel cramping again and the same thing happens.I would still go during the day and this is normal for me as I go 3 to 4 times daily but I still don't feel it's cleaned me out. Not much different than how it was prior to me starting the cleanse.

I'm on day 1 and I don't know if I want to continue LOL. Took one pill last night.. it's 7 hours later and I'm on the toilet. Cramps started out of no where and then BOOM. I was running hunch back to the toilet. I will say I have GREAT energy this morning, and it's not because of my sleep, I slept horrible lol. I'll update this if I decide to continue.Update: I haven't taken it again since because I went to the bathroom 3 times within the first hour of being awake. I'll update again if I start. DO NOT TAKE THIS IF HAVE AN EVENT COMING UP OR WONT BE HOME. YOU WILL POOP.

I was honestly a little nervous to start taking this because some of the reviews sound pretty wild. But honestly I feel like I get the same effect if I take too much magnesium.Product works fine. I didn't lose any weight. Nothing to really brag about.

Maybe I'm already cleaned out but I didn't have the experience I feared. It def made me poop big that first morning and then it was just a normal experience. I drank plenty of water so I didn't have the cramps either thankfully.

Got this some time ago and decided to finally review this. Well it works, works a little too well. Wasn't able to finish the bottle, maybe used 4 pills and that was enough for me! Be home, have a toilet on speed dial, you're going to need it.

Tested this product out for a cleanse to reset my system and it worked great. Some mild discomfort felt right before needing to use the bathroom (I took this as a sign of the ingredients at work). Worked well in combination with excercise and diet.

I really like this product when I feel like I need a detox from bad eating habits it works best if you take it right before bed then in the morning you eliminate all toxins and waste!
