I don't normally come back and write a review but this product really helped me. I was having stomach pain for days, and I just couldn't go to the bathroom on my own. It felt like severe constipation. Boy did this give me relief, I started off with 2 pills and by day 4 I had to skip a day. I ended up finishing the bottle and skipped days a couple more times. I'm getting ready to order another bottle when I'm done writing this review. Before taking this product I seriously thought I was going to end up in the ER that's just how bad my upper abdomen was hurting. I never went to the ER I just kept taking this product until it was gone.

It really Does a deep cleanse of your guts but, seriously, dont eat anything unless you know there is a bathroom nearby

I have ongoing constipation issues related to multiple bowel problems. This product works better than extremely expensive prescription medications I have tried in the past.I use 2 capsules at night - with lots of water for 4 days, and then do 1 capsule at night for 10 days, then repeat. Due to the nature of my bowel problems, I do take the product consistently only take a break every 5th week for 7 days. My doctor has approved this for me.This supplement consistently provides bowel movements for me. Sometimes it can take 48 hours after my week off. WATER is the key, make sure you take enough water, and make sure you stay close to a bathroom. You will get cleaned out. This stuff has quite literally saved me tons of pain.

Decided to try this cleanse after laughing hysterically at the reviews. Like the person who found God in the restroom I too found God in a crappy McDonald's restroom. My first day on this after taking it the night before the morning of I used the restroom three times within two hours. As I'm getting ready for my 9am doctors appointment in the Houston medical center everything seems fine , no cramps , no urges ,no burning sensation to go , nothing. I jump in my car at 7:00am thinking I will beat traffic if I leave at this time and boy was I wrong. I live about an hour and half from TMC in Houston , when I tell you the traffic was bad I mean it was bad and it was even worse because the urge to use the bathroom again was on the horizon. What seemed like an eternity of traffic combined with labor like pains, I ended up having to pull over in a not so friendly neighborhood in Houston at a crappy McDonald's to use the restroom just to avoid not going on myself in my car. My performance whilst squatting was perfected while exploding vigorously. When I tell you I had projectile diarrhea I had projectile diarrhea.By the end of my session I felt 20 times lighter and think I died and came back to life twice.All n all I lost 7 pounds that first week by eating healthy and taking this at the same time.Note to everyone: never ever sit on public restroom toilets and if your going to take this make sure you are at home and have nothing going on outside of home at least until the afternoon

I always use this brand 4 colon cleansing when i start a diet. It lets me go to the bathroom often and i feel lighter. I can never do a whole 2 weeks yet because of the diarrhea it gives me. Have to use prep 8. This stuff is potent. One must be close to a bathroom....all morning

If your looking to clean your colon look no further. This product is amazing. At 1st I tried doing all 3 pills in one night, not a good idea. This stuff is very potent. So I reduced it to only 1 every other night and it works great. Not doing it for weight loss but more for health. Gotta clean your inside once in while.Be warned, you'll be amazed of how much junk comes out.Definitely recommend this product.

First off, I did not use this product for a cleanse, instead I use for severe constipation. I take 2 tablets at night once or twice a week with great relief by morning. It helps keep things from getting out of hand. I love the fact that I can rely on this method for relief and the love the natural ingredients. Expect a little cramping with this product but the result are well worth a little short term discomfort. Thank you so much for making this great product!!

Great product but expensive

Great on my stomach, if used as directed it's not harsh (not painful).This is my third bottle I have used (in a year and a half ). I started the cleanse because I felt blotted, irregular, uncomfortable, uncontrollable cravings. I can feel a change by the second day. By the first week I've dropped lbs and my stomach is flat, Regular, and the cravings are controlled.I absolutely believe in this colon cleanse, I've tried others (including tea) and I don't feel any different. It works!!

This it's the second time I used it. I bought this product almost a month ago.The first days worked great but I had family visiting so I didn't follow up the directions and felt that I needed to do it one more time.The pill is easy to swallow and it's tasteless, as soon as I wake up, I can go to the bathroom and I haven't got any cramps or discomfort but I tell you I can finally go! - what does for me it's I go during the morning sometimes even 4 times but the rest of the day goes well, don't think that you will be miserable the whole day.Also you can notice on the stool that this product it's cleaning and pushing out all the waste.I am so please and satisfied with the results and how it make me feel, that I honestly recommend it to anyone like me that doesn't go regularly.

This product was recommended by a nurse friend of mine to help my husband after he became constipated after back surgery. Probably from the pain pills and not moving. She recommended taking one pill two hours after eating and if that didn't work within 24 hours take another. First pill worked like a charm. He continue to take one every few days while he was on the pain pills and had no further problems.I haven't used as a cleanse yet but I intend to.

They are so easy to swallow I didn't get a sense of taste. For me they start working within 24 hours and it's a gentle cleanse.

It was exactly what I wanted and expected. Recommended
