Okay for the price. Easy install.

I thought the instruction were poor with little information on how to hook the pullout to the door, however it is a well made and sturdy pullout trash can unit.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars due to my difficulties installing it. It is due to the design of my cabinets and the installation of them, they were built in 2004.First, the edge of my cabinet (front) was slightly too tall, by about an inch. So when I sat the mechanism into the cabinet the track hit the edge of the cabinet if that makes sense. So I had to make some spacers out of wood to raise the entire track up. Once I got it raised up and got my door on, the door did not hit the face of my cabinet flat. The bottom was sticking out about 1/2 - 3/4. I assumed that my cabinet was not perfectly flat on the inside, I didn't put a level on it, so I had to made some small shims, about 1/4 and put underneath the back 2 legs to push the top of the door out. Once I did this it hit flat.All this took about 3.5 hours, so I guess if everything fit perfect the first time you might be able to do it in 30 mins but I would at least give it an hour.It would be nice if the manufacturing would provide some type of pre-made foot shims to help with this, I know I am not the only person that has ran into these two issues.

We had an older version installed 20 years ago and it finally broke. We ordered this to replace it. First, I love the gray garbage cans. The white gets stained. Second, the soft close glides are the BEST!!! Finally, they are much easier to remove the bag once it's full because of the upgraded design from our old one. Would buy again without a second thought. My husband installed it and said it was not hard.

Not the handiest person. Old system broke, could not repair. Arrived quickly. Used template to install base, but was off center within the cabinet, had to adjust to get better fit/alignment. Struggled lining up for cabinet door with measurements. Ultimately, got it together, and fit/alignment is pretty good, not sure worth effort to get it exactly aligned... System seems pretty sturdy and built well enough. Time will tell on the system and my install.

we bought this to replace a broken pull out so thankfully we had some idea how to put the pieces together. Directions were lacking. There was a template for the bottom railings but nothing to help align the shelf onto the cabinet door and keep the cabinet door aligned properly with the rest of the cabinets. We were able to piece together a makeshift template and used some helpful instructions others provided in their reviews. Upside is that it was delivered quickly - ahead of schedule- and it is seems more solid than our original, much more expensive piece and the soft close works well and is a great feature. All in all, it works well and good value for the price.

Easy install for a contractor like me. For a diy'er it shouldn't be difficult. This bottom mount is much easier than the side mount version.

I bought this to replace the original unit that came with my cabinets after it wore out. This unit is solidly built and operates very smoothly. Installation is straightforward with the included template. The smooth close feature is nice, but it requires a lot of force to open. Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the opening force.

Great product. After having a different brand for a few years we decided to change it up and go for the double. Happy we did. It works perfect, looks great and is really good quality.

This unit is sturdy and should last a long time. My only complaint is that the instructions could have been clearer. Even with that, take your time in assembling and you can get it.

Product works great and install could have been much easier had directions been better.

Love this in-cabinet sliding dual garbage can unit. We had to add some more spacers because our cabinet was a bit wider. Love the soft close function.

In our prior house we had installed a garbage cabinet storage from home depot and it was okay. This one is way better and it feels like it is built to last. Only down side is having to order the lids separately.

All I have to say is - find yourself a patient man (or woman) who wants to make you happy.My boyfriend did a lot of math, crumbled the instructions, and added a little bit of magic. By the grace of God he figured out how to install this thing.At the end, my wonderful soulmate says “wasn't as bad as I was expecting”Moral of the story - set your expectations low and prepared to be amazed.

This is expensive but well worth the money, looks very high end, very solid, looks great (I got the gray finish).Installation is ok, the template kinda works to find the holes to drill in the base of the cabinet but i would use it to mark the holes and not drill them straightaway. You can place and check then drill, my cabinet opening was only just enough to close it!.The sticky pads to place the door worked great, the only way i could be sure the door was placed right and you can adjust the door anyway as there is some play in the fittings.I like the soft close feature and the entire structure looks great and works fine.
