I enjoyed this! as I am able to eat biscuits I love and remain gluten free!! only getting a four star review because the remaining gluten eaters in my house are struggling with super dense biscuits haha.

This is a good GF mix. It makes tasty enough flat southern biscuits. We generally make our own flour mix with organic flours, but this is nice to have for convenience on occasion.

Good texture and taste. Have worked with other gluten free mixes and this is better. It rose well and was easy to work with.
