Great value, used them for currant tarts which are a nostalgic favorite in my family, and currants are often hard to find in the stores.

I never tried currants before, they have a sweet mild flavor. These are great for baking/cooking when you don't want giant bites of raisin. I made rum raisin ice cream with them and it turned out fantastic!
