We eat 100% whole wheat currant buns for breakfast almost every morning with our cafe au lait. Over several years I have perfected a recipe that is amazingly light and fluffy. They are 50% Unifine Hard red wheat and 50% Sprouted wheat flour. My gut microbiome appreciates the ease of digestion.
