Sooo helpful in my kitchen. I use very little corn iny diet but this seems very easily digested. I use it as a substitute for corn flower in my baking and stovetop cooking. Yummy, more nutritious but more expensive.

This is heartier tasting than the masa we've previously purchased from the local grocery store. It required a little more water than expected but yielded very tasty corn tortillas and tamales.

This product we use to make torrrrtillas and the flavor is absolutely delicious. I used to use Maseca but will continue to purchase from Azure since I know that it is non-gmo

This corn flour is the most corn tasting flour I've ever eaten. I have a small allergy to Corn but this doesn't bother me at all and it makes the best cornbread yum!
