Love Azure's wheat berries. They are nice and clean. I have switched my sourdough to 100% freshly milled and it has been turning out so well!

Unlike the hard red and soft white, the hard white was perfectly clean. Absolutely nothing in it. Hopefully this is the norm!

This makes amazing pitas or tortillas. Mix a 2 to 1 ratio with the soft white and sift it for the unequaled, BEST, all purpose flour.
