This stuff hydrates my hair very well. I have lost menopausal dry hair and it has been an answer! I don't need to buy the expensive salon products anymore. Score!

Love! Love! Love! I Starting using this when I switched my shampoo to a shampoo bar. I only wash my hair every 4 or 5 days now. And a little goes a very long way. Use sparingly.
