Used some today in a vat of Chili. Marvelous rehydrate in Salsa, Mexican dishes, Casseroles. This is a staple from AZURE in my pantry and the price is so cheap if you value your time trying to chop, dice, dehydrate and jar up in your own kitchen. And no extra to pay on the electric bill.
