One star removed for lack of basic instructions or recipe for making the spinach dip. My best guess as to what would work as a base (sour cream) was far too thick and lacking something in the flavor. I tried adding milk which helped but it was still bland, so I added mayonnaise which was better. So, I'm thinking it needs a recipe that includes a liquid and something tart like pickle juice or wine vinegar, or salad dressing, plus time for the dehydrated veg to soften. Once I had the right consistency and flavor profile, it tasted like a spinach dip
