These are not what I would call ‘Stand Alone' food. The texture is between a Wheat Thin a Triscuit. I'd almost call it the rice cake of crackers.Next is the taste. Its mostly bland and there was little difference between the two flavors.Where these stand out is their crunch factor and ability to all but flawlessly pair with other foods. If you follow a strict Keto diet, you lose a lot of crispy or crunchy food. These crackers fix that!I use the for spinach artichoke dip, and the added texture and very subtle extra flavor cuts through the richness of the fatty dip very well.Place a slice of salami cheese on a cracker and again... it's a great balance of flavors make your snacks even more enjoyable. So are the impossible to eat by themselves? No. They are OK. Nothing great but nothing horrible either.Eat them with other food and you will find these to be indispensable to a good Keto diet.
