I buy this syrup by the gallon. I use it as a sweetener for my second fermentation kombucha. Always gives me a consistent carbonation. I also use it in place of maple syrup and honey in baking.

This is very good date syrup. I use it as the primary sweetener when baking. I also add it to the maple syrup for pancakes. Love the taste.
