This hat works for women too! My head circumference is a little over 22.5'. I was basically in between sizes so I ordered the S/M and it fits very comfortably. It did leave a little mark on my forehead after wearing it all day long, but never gave me a headache like other hats have in the past. I suspect it will loosen and stretch slightly over time, and it will be absolutely perfect. It fits snugly but not too tight or uncomfortable. Light gray color is perfect. Light and neutral, but not at risk of showing every single thing like a white hat would. I feel like I live at football and baseball games for my 3 boys, and hats are a must for shielding the sun.

I loved this hat so much and even my wife ended up ordering one for her. I own it in both blue and black colors. I wanted a hat with no designs or writings that doesn't have any adjustable bands. This is perfect.

I love these caps because they fit well and are closed in the back and come in so many colors, if the cap part is too high, put in the washing machine and it shrinks perfectly.My only issue is that it gets really sweaty.
