It does the job and seems to do it well. Seems accurate, when my friend went in to ER we brought it with us. It seems comparable to their machines. Since the nurse wanted to know how well it worked as well, all three of us tried it and compared it to the hospital's machines. Not only was she impressed by it, she was looking for it online on her break. She came back to double check the name with me.It also seems fairly well made. Not like it'll break easily. It's a little difficult for me to read but then most things are these days.I really like having something around that's well made and accurate. Not just for me but for my other half as well.

This device is easy to use and pretty accurate as far as I can tell. It's a good way to keep track of oxygen levels.

At first glance, exactly what I thought I'd get and what I wanted. I bought 3 and quickly noticed that the readings vary from one to another more than I expected, for the O2 and sometimes even for the pulse which surprised me. I'm going to speculate that my fingers all have the same pulse when they are measured at the same time.I like the visual indication of a pulse, and it works pretty well on healthy people with strong pulses. However not so well on my elderly Mom, especially when she isn't feeling well. It's often very difficult to get a reading from someone that is having problems, which is when I think it's needed most. I was often force to increase the pressure and move it around a lot go to get it to work at all. When my Mom's saturation is low she needs oxygen and I can't tell if it won't get a reading.I can't say if other sensors are any better., I just don't know.
