I'm usually a 7.5 in men and I got a 8 still a little snug I 8.5 would of been perfectNot tight at all though around ankle very comfy shoes over all just get a size bigger

now after a bit of use, I'm pleased with the shoes but on the first week of use, it got my left toe swollen and hurt, my toe nail became blue and I couldn't train.after some use, it fits well and I like it.but you should know that the toe box is VERY narrow

Purchased these wrestling shoes for my son. He wears a size 9 shoe typically. And he got a size 10 1/2 wrestling shoe. These for him good.

These shoe's where for my 12 year old son to wear for his youth wrestling league and he is very pleased he has wore Nike's before and will wear them again :)
