THOR MAKE GIANT CHEESECAKE IN STYLE OF STELLA PARKS BRAVETART. THOR PLEASED WITH NONSTICK RELEASE OF PAN, THERMAL PROPERTIES OF PAN AND GIANT SIZE OF PAN. THOR VOID WARRANTY BY PUTTING IN DISHWASHER, BUT IN DISHWASHER ON DELICATE (104F with mild detergent, ( handwash only recommended by manufacturer, your mileage may vary per dishwasher technical specs, local water quality and detergent)). NO MATTER, NONSTICK TOLERATED DISHWASHER ON THIS SETTING. THOR PLEASED.

Every oven is different, so it took me a couple of bakes to get exactly what I wanted. I love this pan and I love the Brave Tart recipe.

Title says it all. This pan is absolutely essential for making a tall NY style cheesecake. Love it so much I buy them as presents for my other friends who bake. Highly recommended.

I had never made a cheesecake before but I have heard great things about the Bravetart recipe so I wanted to purchase the recommended pan. It was expensive, but I am so glad I did. It worked perfectly. The cheesecake came right out with no problems. It is a very sturdy pan, easy to clean if you take the time to line it with parchment. I never put my baking pans (or any pans) in the dishwasher so that was not an issue for me. I am so glad I made this purchase!

When used with BraveTart's recipe, it works perfectly. Best cheesecake pan ever. It will not leak if you follow her directions.
