I keep this set in my camper for emergencies it is a very nice complete set with a good nix of sizes and extentions for all kinds of uses

I bought this originally as a more affordable told set to keep in my pickup for emergencies. This set has now become the set I primarily use. It's handy. I like how every piece clips in and is secure not just floating around. If you've ever dropped a tool set and had it go everywhere you understand. I do wish the red hasps that keep the entire case shut were more secure. They tend to fall off and you find yourself constantly looking after them.

Just wanted some Basic tools to keep in my motorhome. They work well.

The case has flimsy latches and I don't care for the way the tools are held. The tools themselves are pretty good quality. Can't complian about the tools for the price.

The tools are nice as most tools by Crescent are. I bought these to replace my onboard, heavy tool box. The enclosed set is well laid out, well marked for standard metric and includes most everything you would need in an emergency / quick-fix situation. The folding lids box the tools come cased in leaves much to be desired. My first use both fold out tool wings broke off! They use that worthless plastic nubb into a plastic pocket type of hinge that never works beyond maybe a use or two. I ended up taking a long 1/8 diameter Drill bit (18 long) and drilling the entire length of both the closure sides and ran a long section of 1/8 brass brazing rod through the hole. A fold over of the rod at both ends makes it hinge as it was meant to but really that shouldn't have to be done for proper function. Yeah, the tool assortment, lay out and quality are all good. The plastic case however is terrible. You open it up and close it and handle it like a toolbox, its going to fail. If not for that I would give it five stars.

I bought this same crescent set about 5 years ago and it was my favorite tool set I've ever owned. Recently, I was working on my car at my apartment, went inside to get a drink, and when I came back out it had been stolen. So I ordered a new one and the quality is just not the same. All the plastic handles on the screwdrivers feel cheap. The slip-joint pliers are not as good as before. The sockets are still good quality.

The tools themselves are fine. The case leaves much to be desired, but still nice to have. The problem really isn't the case as much as it is the clips at the top and bottom that keep it closed in order to keep the tools from falling out. I paid about $70. At that price it's definitely a good buy. Even if I buy a small tool box to keep the tools in I'm still coming out ahead.

I purchased this set on lightning deal price. If I didn't get it so cheap I would be less satisfied with quality of the tools. Good enough for throwing behind seat of the truck.

I got this set at a 'lighting deal' of $70. Well worth that. I would even buy another at that price. The screwdrivers are the only thing not worth much.

Bought this set for the cabin. Very nice

I bought this set as my husband bought a travel trailer and wanted a general use tool kit to keep with the trailer. He has already used it several times. The set comes with needlenose and channel pliers. My husband wishes it came with a pair of standard pliers.

Cheap plastic case, one extension doesn't clip the socket in. Otherwise it's pretty good

Decent tools for the homeowner. Bought for a few company vehicles due to variety of tools(pliers, real screwdrivers, wrenches). Hopefully will hold up under duress.

I like the tool set, but the tools keep falling out due to not snapping into box
