Works well on on sch 40 pvc pipe but tears up thin wall PVC piping

it is as advertised, it cuts PVC threads easily. I repaired a cross-threaded sprinkler 3/4 inch 90-degree fitting in a hole with no problem. I did read a negative review, as someone used it on copper. they missed the part about PVC pipe I guess. anyway, it works great for plastic pipe thread!!... and at a reasonable price.

Don't like plastic die holder but seems yo work OK. Dues work well on plastic pipe
