The box came undamaged but one of the mounting fins came 1/2” bent out. I bent it back and inspected the welds and installed the MoRryde. We used it on two short trips. It does lessen the chucking. It does greatly reduce jolts on stopping and taking off. Everyone's overall satisfaction with this hitch may vary based on their set up. My overall set up is 2022 F350 dually with heavy service front suspension. BW slider hitch from my last truck. 33' reflection 5th wheel with shocks.Overall we are satisfied with the decision to install the kingpin on our camper and feel the money was worth it. Looking forward to putting the MoRryde to a test over some really rough roads next year.

Haven't took it on the road as of yet, but it's quite heavy and not too hard to install if you watch enough videos in reference to the installation. I did it myself in about an hour and a half.

There are many pin boxes to choose and many are great for various reasons. However, this pin box is simply awesome. Super smooth on takeoff from a stop, bumps are minimally noticeable and it makes the ride so smooth, you almost forget the 16k pound, 42 foot 5th wheel is back there!

Bought a new ram 3500. Was tired of the chucking with my 35' 10k fifth wheel. Upgraded to the morryde pin box which made a huge difference. I would certainly recommend it. Chucking is not completely gone but I would say 90 of it is and what little chucking is left ha very mild.

Arrived early than expected, the box it came in was pretty beat up but the hitch was packaged very well. One of the mounting ears was bent a little but straightened out once bolted in place. Was relatively easy to install with compact tractor and loader.

I love it! Big difference!

I chose the MORryde over other enhanced pin boxes because of the positive reviews , lower weight, and best price. I have now made one 1200 mile trip and can definitely feel the difference over the original pin box. Less chucking and it absorbs much of the bounce and jars of the road..
