I bought for my sons school uniform, had them embroidered with school logo, there a nice thick polo very well made, the school uses the same brand but different material so I decided to buy my own port authority polos in better material/quality.

The secret to longevity with these polos is to wash them as little as possible. I can typically get up to 13-14months of wear. My method includes batch buying 6-7 shirts, wearing 1-2 shirts per week (unless you get really sweaty at work). Then after all shirts are dirty I batch watch them together with the minimum amount of detergent necessary, afterwards I hang dry them. This allows your shirts to retain fit and color for as long as possible.
